We are looking for an enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse/Treatment Co-ordinator to join this award-winning team.

The dental practice, based in the heart of York, is independently owned and provides NHS family dental care as well as Dental Implants, Invisalign and various cosmetic treatments.

The role is for five days per week Monday to Thursday 7:45 am - 5.30pm, and Friday from 8:45 am to 5:30 pm with one hour for lunch each day.

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide a reliable, efficient and timely service to ensure the team exceed patient expectations at every visit and provide a first class customer experience.

  • To work as part of the whole dental team to assist in the provision and delivery of dental care services to patients.
  • Ensure that all activities undertaken at the practice are in line with GDC guidelines and our policies and procedures.
  • Have a willingness to learn and a motivated approach to continued professional development.

Your daily role may include assisting the dentist, hygienist, and therapist. Flexibility in the role is fundamental and the successful candidate must be happy to accept that the role will comprise such a mixture of both clinical and reception work.

All candidates are expected to undertake reception duties, which includes answering the telephone, making outbound calls and diary management.
