Zest Dental Recruitment are working in association with a fast growing group of private dental practices and are seeking to recruit an experienced Compliance professional for a newly created Head of Compliance role.

This full time position will require the successful candidate to manage compliance regulations for an expanding group of predominately private Dental practices across the UK. This is a newly created role and as such extensive dental compliance experience is required as you will be responsible for co-ordinating all the compliance functions for the business and ensuring best practice and adherence for all the practices in the group.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and effective organiser. As well as providing compliance advice and support to the practices, you will act as the main liaison with the companys Head Office reporting to the Board of Directors on all compliance issues. The salary package for the successful candidate will be in the region of £50,000 depending on experience.
