The practice is a long-established Independent Dental Practice with an excellent local reputation. Benefitting from digital intraoral and CBCT/OPT radiography, iTero scanner, and Reciprox with plans for further development.  For a four or five day per week position there is an earning potential in excess of 100k from predominantly private work, with NHS children and a small number of exempt patients.

The practice is seeking a long-term relationship with their new associate dentist; with excellent support for career and professional development if you wish.

The practice is looking for a dentist who is enthusiastic about dentistry, has experience of working in UK private practice and genuinely loves and is competent at a wide range of general dentistry.

The successful associate dentist will have good diagnostic skills and the ability to work fast, whilst maintaining quality.  The practice is seeking someone with friendly and enthusiastic communication skills, who is a good problem solver with the proven ability to competently deal with unexpected issues. The successful candidate will be a team player and shares the practice’s core values of courtesy and respect to patients and colleagues.  Some NHS dentistry is required, with a lot of opportunity for private. Candidates with special interests will be enthusiastically considered as the practice is expanding.

This position would suit a dentist who is now looking to consolidate and further their career where they can build long-term relationships in a well-established practice that is growing and attracting patients from throughout this lovely area of the West Country. The right candidate is still keen to learn and adapt as the world of dentistry continues to change rapidly, and honestly wants to be an integral part of the clinical and support team.

Successful candidates will have around 5 years post-qualification experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK and an active performer number, due to the small amount of NHS required.
