This is a rare opportunity to join a highly stable and well-regarded independent dental practice in Harlow. The incoming dentist will take over a well-maintained and stable patient list from a long-standing associate who is leaving to take on a practice of their own. Staff turnover here is exceptionally low across both clinical and support teams, reflecting a strong and well-run working environment.

The practice offers a solid mix of NHS and private dentistry. Private demand is consistent, particularly for routine cosmetic treatments such as white fillings, crowns, veneers, short-term ortho, and implants. The practice has a visiting implant dentist, but associates are welcome to place their own implants if suitably experienced.

The practice is purpose-built, modern, and well-equipped, including CBCT, iTero scanner, digital x-rays, and rotary endo. There are four surgeries, and you will be supported by a close-knit team of three full-time associates, a hygienist/therapist, and experienced nurses.

The practice is happy to support overseas-qualified dentists requiring visa sponsorship and mentorship, provided they have at least four to five years of relevant clinical experience and are confident working independently in a mixed NHS/private environment. Unfortunately, this position is not suitable for newly qualified graduates.

Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number, and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
