This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to take a leading role in the continued development of a well-established, independently owned dental practice in Derby.
The practice has a strong foundation, with a long-standing, loyal patient base and a committed clinical team including two full-time dentists, a therapist, and experienced support staff. The environment is positive and stable, with excellent relationships across the team and a shared focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Alongside a well-maintained NHS list, the practice has significant and growing private potential, with around 35% of patients currently seen privately. The practice is actively investing in the expansion of its private services, including the relaunch of its dental plans and a focused marketing push to meet increasing patient demand. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting this development.
The role would suit a confident and capable Practice Manager, ideally with experience in a similar mixed or private setting. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice, including team management, compliance, and patient service. The owners are supportive and engaged, offering autonomy and flexibility for the right person to make the role their own.
Remuneration is highly competitive and will be tailored to attract the right candidate, with flexibility for experience and capability.
