Zest Dental Recruitment are working in association with a fast growing group of private dental practices and are seeking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to manage a cluster of dental practices in London and the Home counties.

This full time position will require the successful candidate to manage the operations for a cluster of private and specialist Dental practices across the South East of England. You will be responsible for the management of a number of Practice Managers and subsequently be heavily involved in the operational excellence within the practices but also be instrumental in the development of the commercial growth from the practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager from the wider healthcare industry. Of interest to my clients are candidates with commercial healthcare backgrounds who can demonstrate a successful track record of growth delivery in their sector. Similar markets to the dental industry will be of specific interest.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and effective organiser capable of leading and motivating both the practice support teams and clinical teams.  As well as providing operational management to the practices, you will act as the main liaison with the company’s Head Office, and play a leading role in the development of the practices and future growth of the organisation as they seek to grow the business through an active programme of acquisition. Strong operational and budgetary management experience is essential. 

The salary package for the successful candidate will be up to £60,000 depending on experience.
