This is a well-established private dental clinic in Leeds, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate with a particular interest in restorative dentistry to join a forward-thinking and well-supported team. The successful candidate will take over an existing list of private patients, with a good proportion on a maintenance plan and plenty of scope for comprehensive restorative treatment. The role is three days per week to begin with, with full flexibility on working days and the potential to increase sessions as the practice continues to grow.

The clinic is fully private and benefits from a superb reputation, excellent patient demand, and a team structure that supports referrals according to each clinician’s skill set. A current associate will soon be on maternity leave and returning to a more specialist focus, leaving a well-maintained list of general private patients to inherit, with a clear need for a dentist confident in delivering high-quality restorative and cosmetic work.

The practice operates across four surgeries, with a fifth planned as part of a refurbishment, and includes an in-house education suite, decon room, and state-of-the-art digital equipment such as iTero, CEREC (fixed and portable units), and digital X-ray. Labs for CEREC work are provided free of charge.

This role would suit a dentist who has completed formal postgraduate training in restorative dentistry and who is comfortable providing more advanced restorative and cosmetic treatments, including bonding and smile makeovers. Implants are already well provided for by the current team. The practice values a thoughtful, ethical approach, and seeks a clinician who can build trust with patients and identify opportunities for treatment in a patient-centred manner.

Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
