A highly regarded central Tauranga practice is seeking an experienced dentist to join its well-established team. This position is ideal for an intermediate or senior clinician looking to step into a busy role with strong patient demand and excellent professional support.
Working four days per week, with an additional weekend every two months, you will take over from a departing clinician with an already healthy book. The practice provides a full range of general and emergency dental services and is supported by a team of three dentists, a hygienist and experienced dental assistants. Equipment includes a surgical motor and access to OPG imaging, with mentoring available for clinicians wishing to further develop their skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed dentist who enjoys working with a diverse patient base, values collaborative teamwork and maintains high clinical standards. Confidence in treatment planning, clear communication skills and a strong focus on patient care are essential for success in this role. While primarily weekday based, occasional late evenings or weekend shifts may be required.
