This is a well-established private dental clinic in Leeds, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated dentist with a special interest in restorative dentistry to join a forward-thinking and supportive team. The successful candidate will inherit an existing list of private patients, with a good proportion on maintenance plans and consistent demand for comprehensive restorative and cosmetic treatment. The role is available for three days per week initially, with flexibility on working days and the potential to increase sessions as the practice continues to grow.

The clinic is fully private and enjoys a superb reputation, driven by excellent patient care and an internal referral model that enables each clinician to work to their strengths. A current associate is moving into a more specialist-focused role following maternity leave, leaving behind a well-maintained list of general private patients with a clear ongoing need for a dentist confident in providing high-quality restorative work.

The practice operates across four surgeries, with a fifth planned as part of an upcoming refurbishment, and benefits from state-of-the-art digital facilities including iTero, CEREC (fixed and portable units), and digital radiography. An on-site education suite supports continual professional development, and labs for CEREC work are provided free of charge.

This position would suit a dentist who has completed formal postgraduate training in restorative dentistry and is confident delivering advanced restorative and cosmetic treatments, including composite bonding, smile design, and full mouth rehabilitation. Implant work is already well provided for by existing team members. The practice values a thoughtful, ethical approach and seeks a clinician who can build strong relationships with patients and work collaboratively within the team to deliver the highest standards of care.
