This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in Aberdeenshire. The practice offers a substantial and established patient list of approximately 3000 patients, generating gross fees in the region of £180,000 to £200,000, providing an excellent foundation for a successful and rewarding position.

The practice has an excellent reputation locally and benefits from a stable and experienced team, with very low staff turnover and a supportive working environment. Opportunities within the practice arise infrequently, reflecting the positive culture and long-term retention of both clinical and support staff.

The successful candidate will inherit a well-maintained and loyal patient base with a varied demographic, including a strong core of regular attending patients. The principal dentist is an experienced trainer and mentor, creating an excellent environment for professional development.
