This is a great opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a friendly, well established independent practice in Aberdeenshire. You'd be taking on a full list of loyal NHS patients alongside strong private earning potential, with plenty of scope to develop your own interests across a four day week.

You would be inheriting a list of around 2,500 well cared for NHS patients, with new patients registering all the time and a waiting list already in place. The practice has a strong reputation within the local community for providing quality, family focused dental care.

There is high private earning potential on offer, with hygienist and therapist support to help maximise care and efficiency. The clinical and admin team is experienced and loyal, several have been with the practice for years, and the principal is an experienced VT trainer able to offer mentored clinical support, making this a good fit for someone post VT, early in their career, or working towards VT equivalence.

The area offers easy access to Aberdeen and Inverness by train, with plenty of outdoors and hills on the doorstep, and has proven popular before with dentists relocating to Scotland for a better pace of life.
