This is a well-established dental practice located in the market town of Buntingford, Hertfordshire, just a short drive from Luton and conveniently situated along the A10 corridor between London and Cambridge. The practice benefits from a strong and loyal patient base, presenting real opportunity for private work alongside a stable NHS patient base.
The incoming associate will take on an existing NHS diary, a flexible UDA target at £14 per UDA, providing a solid foundation from day one. The practice operates across four surgeries and is supported by a clinical manager who is also nurse qualified and oversees several sites, ensuring strong operational and clinical support. There are three other experienced dentists based at the practice, and a principal dentist is present on site. Implants and short term orthodontics are delivered at the practice, and an intraoral scanner is available. This breadth of clinical activity also makes the role well suited to a dentist who has recently completed their foundation training year and is looking to step into their first associate position.
Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
