This is a well-established mixed dental practice based in Darlington, offering a genuine opportunity for an associate dentist to build and grow both NHS and private work. The position covers Mondays and Tuesdays, with the option to extend Tuesday hours into the early evening if preferred. The practice offers up to 2,600 UDAs at up to £15 per UDA, alongside strong potential to develop private income.

The practice is housed in a modern, purpose-built environment with eight surgeries, digital radiography, OPG, rotary endodontics, air-conditioning, and is fully computerised with Dentally. The clinical team is well established and includes an oral surgeon, orthodontist, and implant surgeon, supported by a dedicated practice manager, treatment coordinator, and a professional nursing team. A therapy model is in place to support the wider clinical offering. The practice also offers patients an established capitation scheme, helping to provide a stable and loyal patient base. Roadside parking is available, and the practice is conveniently located close to the town centre.
