ZEST Dental Recruitment working in partnership with an established independent dental practice is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist.

This is a modern, well-equipped three-surgery clinic located just a short walk from Deptford station, with easy access to London Bridge and the Overground, making it convenient for dentists commuting from across South and East London. The practice is fully digital, using Dentally software, with digital x-rays, rotary endodontics, and access to a scanner via a nearby sister practice, providing excellent support for clinicians offering cosmetic dentistry.

The successful candidate will take over a well-maintained and busy patient list for a nine-month maternity cover position, with around 5000 UDAs available and excellent potential to generate additional private income. The practice can accommodate four or five days per week, offering flexibility for the right candidate. There is potential that this role could lead into a permanent role at the end of the contract.

The role would suit a confident dentist comfortable working in a busy mixed practice environment. The team is supportive and well established, including an experienced Practice Manager, qualified nurses, and a strong clinical team. With consistently high patient demand, the practice offers a stable NHS commitment alongside very good opportunities to develop private treatments, particularly cosmetic dentistry and aligner cases.
