A great opportunity to join a well-regarded independent practice in Derby, offering a strong platform for a dentist looking to build on established private earnings.

The incoming associate will inherit a well-maintained list from a longstanding associate of five years, providing a strong platform from day one. Average full-time associate take-home at the practice currently sits between £12,000 and £15,000 per month, reflecting a healthy 50% private split alongside NHS work.

The setup is high-spec throughout, with CBCT, iTero scanners and a fully digital workflow, and the practice was recently refurbished including brand new treatment chairs, a reflection of continued investment driven by strong private demand. The site also serves as the practice's hub for implant work, alongside broad scope for general private treatment.

UDA delivery is supported by an on-site dental therapist and clinical dental technician, so the incoming associate isn't required to deliver the full UDA target personally, and keeps them.

This would suit a dentist with solid UK experience who is comfortable managing an established list and looking to develop their private earnings in a stable, well-equipped setting.

Successful candidates will be GDC registered, hold an active NHS performer number, and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
