This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in an affluent area of Doncaster. The practice has a strong local reputation, a loyal patient base and consistently high demand, providing an excellent environment for both experienced dentists and those earlier in their careers.

The role can be tailored to suit either a full-time or part-time associate, with flexibility around working days and start date. The practice is looking to recruit either one full-time dentist or two part-time dentists and can accommodate a start date from immediately through to September.

The successful candidate will benefit from a busy and stable patient list with low failure-to-attend rates and realistic UDA expectations. UDA allocation is typically based on approximately 1000 UDAs per day worked per year, although the practice regularly sees associates comfortably exceed these levels due to strong demand and efficient clinical support.

The practice underwent significant refurbishment and expansion in recent years and now offers four modern surgeries equipped with Dentally software, digital radiography, rotary endodontics, intraoral scanners, intraoral cameras and DSLR photography. Associates are supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team in a highly organised working environment.

A particular strength of the practice is its educational and mentoring culture. As a Foundation Training practice, it provides excellent support for newly qualified dentists and those seeking to further develop their skills. The team also includes multiple therapists who undertake hygiene and periodontal care, allowing associates to focus on restorative, advanced and higher-value treatments where appropriate.
