This is a well-established two-surgery practice in Norfolk offering a genuinely attractive mix of NHS and private dentistry. The practice has been recently refurbished and operates a fully digital workflow, with intraoral scanners, intraoral cameras, and an on-site CBCT scanner. The practice is run by a hands-on principal team with a supportive and friendly team, and the clinical environment is modern and well-maintained.

The associate will be working three days per week, available across Tuesday to Friday, with an NHS allocation of up to 5,000 UDAs and a competitive UDA rate. On the private side, the practice has a stable and growing patient base, currently seeing between 30 and 40 new private patients per week. Private treatments offered in-house include composite bonding, clear aligners, and implants, and there is genuine scope for the right candidate to develop their private earnings alongside a solid NHS foundation. A hygienist is also in place one day per week. The role would suit an experienced associate or a strong foundation dentist looking for their next step.

Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing NHS and private dental treatment in the UK.
