This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established mixed practice operating from a recently developed, purpose-built site. The practice now offers eight modern surgeries, a dedicated surgical suite, an education suite, an aesthetics room, and an on-site laboratory, alongside excellent staff facilities. The environment is contemporary, well-equipped, and designed to support high-quality dentistry with a strong emphasis on private provision.

The role is available on a part-time or full-time basis, with days and UDA commitment negotiable depending on the candidate's availability. Mondays are not available. The successful candidate will take on an established plan base alongside a modest NHS UDA commitment, and will provide a broad mix of dentistry with a clear lean towards private work, including crowns, veneers, and composite bonding. The practice has a strong reputation for same-day CEREC restorations and sees a high demand for cosmetic and restorative treatments.

While the practice already has experienced clinicians providing more complex treatments such as advanced implant cases, specialist endodontics, orthodontics, and dentures, there is scope for a dentist with an interest in developing their implant skills to gain exposure in a supportive setting. Importantly, there is a consistent internal referral pathway, and the incoming dentist can expect to receive referrals from colleagues for bonding, crowns, veneers, and similar treatments.

The education suite is used by the principal to provide implant training and regularly hosts external courses. This creates a positive clinical culture within the practice and offers opportunities to become involved in educational activities and continued professional development.

This position would suit a dentist with a strong private skillset who is looking to work in a high-quality, well-equipped environment with a predominantly private patient base, solid clinical support, and the chance to develop their private portfolio within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC, hold a current NHS performer number, and have demonstrable experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
