A modern and well-established dental practice in Onehunga, Auckland is seeking a private dentist to join their team on a part time basis.

The clinic is busy and benefits from a strong patient base in this desirable Auckland suburb. Facilities are modern and fully equipped with advanced technology including CBCT imaging and intraoral scanning systems, supporting efficient workflows and high-quality clinical care.

The practice offers excellent mentoring opportunities in aesthetic dentistry, aligner treatments and implant placement and restoration. Dentists with existing experience in these areas can begin treating patients immediately, while those wishing to develop their skills will receive guidance and clinical support.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least two years of experience in a similar clinical role and be confident providing a wide range of general dental treatments. Experience in orthodontics would be advantageous but is not essential. Strong communication skills, professionalism and a patient-focused approach are important qualities for this role.

Candidates must be eligible for registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ). This typically includes dentists qualified in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Ireland, Canada* or the United States*. Candidates with other qualifications should check their eligibility with the DCNZ before applying.

USA and Canadian qualifications must be from DCNZ recognised accredited dental schools.
