An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced private dentist to join a well-established and busy practice in the heart of Wellington.

The clinic benefits from a very large and loyal patient base, with more than 30,000 registered patients and strong ongoing demand for appointments. The practice operates seven days a week and offers flexible working arrangements. Current available shifts include Monday to Thursday afternoons and evenings, Fridays during the day and Saturday afternoons, with potential flexibility for the right candidate.

The practice is fully digital and equipped with advanced technology including Axios CBCT imaging, Primescan and Primemill CAD-CAM systems, a zirconia furnace and intraoral cameras. The modern clinical environment supports efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.

You will join a collaborative and welcoming team within a diverse and supportive practice culture. Ongoing professional development and education are encouraged, with opportunities to expand clinical skills and interests.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least three years of clinical experience and be confident providing a wide range of general dental treatments. Strong communication skills, professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships with patients are essential.

Candidates must be eligible for registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ). Candidates with other qualifications should check their eligibility with the DCNZ before applying.

USA and Canadian qualifications must be from DCNZ recognised accredited dental schools.
