A busy and well-established private dental practice in South Auckland is seeking a dentist to join its experienced team. The position offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time hours, with Saturdays available but not compulsory.

The five-surgery practice treats a large and diverse patient base including adults and children and provides general dentistry alongside orthodontics, Invisalign and facial aesthetics. The clinic also sees walk-in patients, contributing to strong ongoing demand.

The practice has superb facilities including an in-house dental laboratory, OPG, fully digital x-rays, rotary endodontics, a milling machine, digital scanner and bleaching equipment. The clinic uses Exact practice management software and has an established multicultural team.

The remuneration package provides excellent security on joining, with either 40% commission or a $120,000 salary for the first three to six months, whichever is higher.

Candidates with all levels of experience will be considered, although at least one year of clinical experience would be preferred. The successful candidate will be confident providing general dentistry, comfortable discussing treatment plans with patients and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

South Auckland offers excellent access to central Auckland and the wider region, with good transport connections, established communities and a wide range of local amenities.

Candidates must be eligible for registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ). This typically includes dentists qualified in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Ireland, Canada* or the United States*. Candidates with other qualifications should check their eligibility with the DCNZ before applying.

USA and Canadian qualifications must be from DCNZ recognised accredited dental schools.
