This is an excellent opportunity for a general dentist to join a well-established private dental practice in Cairns, Queensland. The successful candidate will be taking over an established patient base from a dentist who has been with the practice for 14 years and is relocating overseas in April 2027.

The practice benefits from an established reputation, a busy patient book and modern clinical facilities, providing an excellent environment for a dentist looking to develop a long-term career in Australia.

The practice is equipped with advanced technology, including KaVo EXPERTsurg and SICAT/CBCT imaging, providing opportunities for dentists with an interest in implant dentistry. An existing dentist undertakes selected implant procedures, and the practice is open to discussing opportunities for further clinical development.

Located in Cairns, the practice offers an excellent lifestyle in tropical North Queensland, with access to the Great Barrier Reef, rainforest and outdoor activities, alongside the amenities of a regional city.

The practice is happy to consider applications from experienced overseas-qualified dentists who are eligible for AHPRA registration and require employer visa sponsorship.

Successful candidates will be AHPRA registered, or have qualified from Australia, UK, Ireland, or Canada*, or be registered in or qualified from New Zealand, or you will have undertaken the ADC examination.
