This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private dentist to join a busy and established practice in Berwick, with the patient base, facilities and support to develop a rewarding long-term position.
The practice provides comprehensive private dentistry, with strong demand across general, restorative and cosmetic treatment. You will be encouraged to work to your full clinical scope and develop your areas of interest, supported by modern technology and an experienced clinical and administrative team.
For a clinician interested in progressing into leadership, there is the opportunity to develop into a Lead Dentist role. The remuneration structure for the leadership position includes a percentage of the practice's total revenue in addition to your own commission, providing additional financial reward linked to the wider success of the practice.
