This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private dentist looking to combine high-quality clinical dentistry with the potential to take a senior leadership role within an established Melbourne practice.
The practice provides comprehensive private dentistry within a modern clinical environment, with dentists encouraged to work to their full scope. There are excellent opportunities across general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, supported by modern technology, treatment coordinators and access to experienced clinicians and specialists when required.
For a clinician interested in taking greater responsibility, there is the opportunity to progress into a Lead Dentist role. The remuneration structure for the leadership position includes a percentage of the practice's total revenue in addition to your own commission, providing the opportunity to benefit from the wider success of the practice.
Applications are welcomed from experienced private dentists with strong clinical and communication skills. Leadership experience is advantageous but not essential; this opportunity will equally suit an accomplished senior dentist with the ability and ambition to progress into a lead role.
