Treatment Coordinator - Barnet - Premium Practice
We’re looking for a commercially driven, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join a busy private dental practice in Barnet.
This is a key role within the practice — ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, high-value sales environment and is passionate about guiding patients through their treatment journey. Success here isn’t just about sales; it’s about building trust, delivering ethical care, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
The Role
As Treatment Coordinator, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for all new patient enquiries (phone, email, web, walk-ins)
- Build rapport quickly and understand patient needs
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations, explaining treatment plans and finance options clearly
- Proactively follow up on enquiries and treatment plans to maximise conversion
- Take ownership of KPIs, revenue performance, and pipeline management
- Work closely with clinicians to translate treatment recommendations into tailored patient journeys
- Support patients throughout their full treatment journey
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage finance pipelines
- Contribute to practice growth and business development initiatives
- Support front-of-house when required
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business development
- Previous experience within healthcare
- Strong consultative sales approach (not transactional or pushy)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Confident explaining complex treatment plans and finance options
- Comfortable working with KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue targets
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Strongly Preferred:
- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
- Background in UK private healthcare
- Experience in high-value or complex sales environments
- Familiarity with dental/practice management software
- Understanding of dental finance products and patient conversion funnels
