This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced private dentist seeking a senior position within an established practice in Melbourne's highly desirable Bayside area.

You will have the freedom to provide comprehensive dentistry according to your skills and clinical interests, with opportunities across general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Modern technology, treatment coordinators and access to experienced clinicians and specialists provide the support required to deliver high-quality patient care and develop a successful long-term patient base.

For an experienced clinician looking to take the next step, there is the opportunity to progress into a Lead Dentist role. The remuneration structure for the leadership position includes a percentage of total practice revenue in addition to your own commission, allowing you to benefit from the wider performance and development of the practice.
